| Shelley Muller President of the Board Shelley Muller is a licensed court reporter for both the California Superior Court and the United States District Court. Ute Turner Vice-President Ute Turner is Vice-President /Business Services Officer for the Woodland and Sacramento offices of First Northern Bank. Cass Sylvia Secretary Cass Sylvia is currently serving her second term as Yolo County's elected Public Gaurdian-Administrator in which she leads a team of professionals who administer the affairs of clients on the public conservatorship.
